Road Trip is above all a very funny movie; it is designed to be watched with your mind firmly in neutral, somewhere around the level of the gutter. The plot is pretty much non-existent and in any case is completely in the background and simply used as an excuse to set the scene for the comedy moments, something like a sit-com. The characters are not particularly strong, but are rather designed as stereotypes from college who can easily be identified. ...

I watched Road Trip yesterday afternoon on video and I had a few good laughs. The only actors I recognized was Tom Green off The Tom Green Show on MTV and the blonde guy off "Dude, Where's My Car?"
