...box set as against other Red Dwarf products: 1. Value. It works out very cheap at only around £4.50 per series. 2. Portability. The set takes up far less space than 8 video tapes, which is what you would have got in pre-DVD days. ...For the die hard Red Dwarf fans out there you might prefer to buy the separate series box sets with all the added extra's, but if all your looking for a nice compact DVD box set of the first 4 series (which are the best in my opinion) then its definately worth buying. Red Dwarf series 1-4. Red Dwarf is an exceptionally funny show me my brother and my mum love it! Red Dwarf is about a human cat a man a hologram and an android. who are travelling in space to get back home to earth. The human man got put into stasus for having a cat onboard the ship and when he goes in he freezes and about 1000 years later he comes back out and everyone is dead but holly the computer face thing brings back Arnold rimmer otherwise ...

It is certainly cheaper to buy them this way but if you are a hardcore red dwarf fan, the advise is to buy them individually, somehow you dont feel fulfilled without the extras.
