Plot -- What would have been seemingly absurd a situation 20 years ago; 13 year-old Stevie (Cameron Van Hoy) and his girlfriend Rocky (Mischa Barton - 'the OC') find Stevie's mothers gun and on a whim whilst walking to school decide to rob a bank instead. Word soon spreads of this and it is turned into a media frenzy. In comes the disgruntled veteran smoking Police negotiator (Burt Reynolds) to save the situation.
