Advantages: Great viewing, Yummy cast Disadvantages: Hard to leave between eps, No second series
In January 2005 Fox aired Point Pleasant, Unfortunately only 2 months later the show was axed after only 8 out of the 13 episodes due to poor ratings.
Most people who were drawn in were already Buffy the vampire fans and knew that Joss Whedon had moved over to Point Pleasant after Buff finished. The main argument for the show being cancelled was that the programme was nothing like Buffy and the people who watched it were disappointed and soon turned ... ...of Buffy and I loved Point Pleasant meaning I was forced to wait for it to come on DVD to see the final 5. Very frustrating to say the least. It was defiantly worth the wait though and I enjoyed every moment.
