After loving the first Pirates film I just had to watch the second! The second in the series is called Dead Man's Chest and again it stars Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley.
The film starts with Elizabeth and Will trying to get married but before this happens Will is arrested and so is Elizabeth. They are sentenced to death for helping pirates. Will manages to evade the death penalty by agreeing to help capture Jack and return a compass ... ...of Davey and the other pirates who were part of his crew were all very good and sometimes they were quite scary. I did jump more than once when they would suddenly appear from walls and unusual places. I liked the way they had body parts turned into sea creatures from being under the sea for so long, this was a great way of portraying their punishment. The effects in the film were all very good and very believable. My Mom watched this film several ...
