I decided that after a lazy first pregnancy, where I did little or no exercise, that for my second I would have the perfect pregnancy - eat healthily and keep fit.
After alot of reading pregnancy magazines, I decided on Pilates.
I hoped that it would strengthen my back and so hold my giant stomach in place.
