This pilates dvd consists of a warm up, 2 different work outs and and a section on post birth exercises. The instructor also teaches you how to regain deep muscle tone and flatten your tummy after having your baby. I decided that after a lazy first pregnancy, where I did little or no exercise, that for my second I would have the perfect pregnancy - eat healthily and keep fit.
