3 Days after first watching this DVD and I've gone from 20 a day down to ZERO a day. That might sound impressive but I am not convinced that this will work for everyone. Firstly, as McKenna says right at the beginning of his introduction - you have to 'want' to give up smoking - he can't 'make' you stop. ...parts, firstly there is an introduction which explains a little about 'why' you are addicted and sets up a few methods for battling any cravings you might get. The second part of the DVD is relaxation and hypnosis. Whatever myths you have about going into some sort of trance-like state - forget it!
