...computer animated sharper looking extravaganzas, Oliver & Company remains one of my absolute all time favourite Disney movies. It is a really sweet heartwarming film that follows the basis of the Dicken's tale about an orphaned kitten who is befriended by a streetwise dog who shows him how to manage life on the streets before he is adopted by a girl from a rich family and then kidnapped. The soundtrack to the film is one of the best in my opinion, ...
...she is quite lonely before Oliver comes along and wins her over. As you would expect with a Disney movie, it is a rollercoaster of emotion with sad bits and funny bits thrown in culminating in a dramatic ending where his street animal friends come to the rescue before a Disney happy ever after.
