Advantages: A really tough workout that works. Nell actually sweats and the exercises are very affective.
Disadvantages: There are not enough stretches at the end of workout 2.

...there's no distracting talk from Nell and seeing her sweating along with you is encouraging!! The warm up is probably the most taxing warm up I have done, and it certainly gives you an idea of what is to come in the main cardio section. The cardio section has several "bail out" sections where you can stop the cardio should you wish. Advantages: This really is the ultimate work out video! A routine that builds stenght and stamina
Disadvantages: So intense that you can easily become disheartened. You have to stick with it in the initial stages.

...an 'excercise class environment' and Nell is a member of this mixed gender class. She does not activley instruct during the rountine but takes part throughout. In summary this DVD is a hard core work out routine and i think a generally good fitness level is required as otherwise you may find you become dishearted quickly! I recently purchased this DVD as I could not afford to renew my expensive gym membership.
