Tom Cruises best movie...I am not so sure. It is probably the best of the 3 so far...but it was so hard to grade this. I wanted to give it 3 stars, or satisfactory, but that really doesnt do it justice, its better than that, but 4 stars??? Ok, the storyline is the best so far without a doubt. It really gallops along and is full (and I do mean full!) of twists and turns. Theres the obligatory spectacular stunts and pyrotecnics for this kind of film ...
...it is about this actor in this movie, he hardly has more than 3 lines during it, but he always adds such sparkle to all of the Mission Impossible series. On that note, Simon Pegg is in here! Wow. What a weak plot. Ethan Hawke (Tom Cruise returning to the role for a 3rd outing) gets married and the bad guy captures his wife so he is left to try and rescue her. And the rest of the plot is an incredibly weak rip off from True Lies. That's sinking pretty low, not only stealing the plot from an Arnie film but stealing a plot from a film that's actually better than yours. Mission Impossible 1 and 2 were excellent films with good plots and ...
