Advantages: Wide range of dances to learn. Disadvantages: Only shows the very basic steps.
...MUST have a partner to dance with. It's not really something you'll be able to master on your own.
On the positive side, the DVD takes you through a wide range of both latin american and ballroom dance. The sections are as follows -
1) The Quick Step
2) The Cha Cha Cha
3) The Tango
4) The Rumba
5) The Waltz
6) The Samba
7) The Foxtrot
8) The Jive
Another negative is that he only teaches the man's steps. The woman is just told to do the ... ...to start to learn to dance together and have no previous dance knowledge at all. However, I would suggest that it will probably be just a starting point for you - you would definitely need to take classes after this as it only teaches you the really basic steps. In that respect, it's very easy to follow, but, personally, I was left wanting more. ...
