I saw Legally Blonde at the cinema when it was first released in the UK. I now own it on DVD, and it is definitely one of my favourite films. The movie is about Elle Woods (played by Reese Witherspoon) and her quest to win back the love of her life, Warner (Matthew Davis). The journey sees Elle going to Harvard Law School, a far cry from her sorority house in LA, and she goes from being the most popular to dumb blonde overnight, and she has to fight ...
...video on the DVD. Legally Blonde 2 is due for DVD release in in November 2003, and I have seen it in the cinema. In comparison, I would say that the first one was better as it had more of a storyline, however the second installment allows the main character to develop more so that in the first. A real feel good movie. I have to say I love this film. I have seen it at least 10 times and it always makes me smile. I know it is seen as a real chick flick but I really enjoyed it! I even learned some sophisticated sounding law-terms. This is a great film for getting the girls round to watch, or even just curling up on the sofa by your self. Has a really good sound track with songs that will have you humming along. Reese Witherspoon is great ...
