Legally Blonde is an essentially one-joke movie (a dizzy blonde making good in an environment where traditionally only smart people succeed), but it's written and directed with enough verve to make it work, not to mention the endearing performance of star Reese Witherspoon [Cruel Intentions, Sweet Home Alabama, Vanity Fair] as Elle Woods. Deleted scenes are another favourite of mine, its always interesting to find out what happened to the parts that you may of seen in the Teaser Trailer but what never materialised on screen. Most times a scene is cut due to time restrictions,other times it is to make sure that the film doesn't get too high a rating at the cinema. I first saw "Legally Blonde" back in 2001 when it made it's debut at the cinema. I loved Reese Witherspoon in "Cruel Intentions" (1999) and so I thought it would be interesting to see her in a comedy role.
