...have seen anything quite like Jurassic Park before. This time, they were right. I have to say I was completely and utterly blown away by Jurassic Park the first time I saw it in the cinema. It was packed full of the sort of thrills that you would expect from a Steven Spielberg film. The man certainly knows his stuff and appears to have the ability of having the entire audience on the edge of it's seat - or maybe even under it - without even trying! ...

This film is, at the present date, 8 years old, but it doesn't show at all. I watched it on video just the other day, and the special effects are comparable to any seen in films today. I'm sure we all know the plot by now - Richard Attenborough makes a dinosaur theme park from DNA extracted from a mosquito in amber, which promptly breaks down and sets all the dinosaurs loose on unsuspecting cast.
