...despite a far-fetched story line...and I, Robot could have touched similar bases with me....but didn't The fact that Spooner had a mechanical arm was a little too much of a Judge-Doom-is-a-Toon from Roger Rabbit style revelation....giving the cocky copper an affiliation with YET reason to detest his metal chums. Hmm, well I found this film to be a different one to the one I was expecting. I was expecting it to be 'another will smith movie' when in fact he seems to have matured in this role. Its all a bit um, action orientated, but with thinky bits in it, but not too many and not enough emotion other than for the robot of the title. Its fine if you love future flicks, and even like Will Smith, then go see it, its not bad at all, there have been worse films ...

Seeing this film at the cinema was definately the best way to see it, with it up on the big screen the CGI is even better. I Robot. What a film! Will Smith has done many great films in his time as an actor and has done few bad ones. I,Robot is certainly one of his great films. I went to see this film and I loved every part of it. The special effects, the action, the plot, the futuristic look, and my favourite part, the haunting music, composed by Marco Beltrami (who also did Resident Evil, believe it or not). This is one of the best films I have ever seen. The special effects are spectacular. This film is mean't to be based in 2035. It is a world which now has robots as 'slaves', but the robots evolve and start to go bad. All of this was sparked off with the 'suicide' of the inventor of the robots. But was later found out that is was a robot. The film is a mix between adventure and science fiction.. The special effects in the film really come to life ...

Every year a new film comes with a unique idea on how the world is going to bugger itself but this film does it with class.
