In fact the computer-generated imagery (GCI) is so good that it looks better the closer you get to it. ...much fanboy bitch-moaning about the Hulk not staying close enough to its comic roots. Well, let’s take a moment to consider what using the Hulk’s original origin would have been like:
o Army scientist makes a bomb go off.
o Some kid is stuck in the test area.

From what I have written, it seems like that there is a lot going on and it would make for compelling viewing, it's not. The story is too weak to carry the delicate Action/Drama ensemble out into a satisfying movie. Performances are surprising but not exceptional. Bana (as Banner > tee-he he) is well cast but not overwhelming as the ... ...The pace of The Hulk is unecessary and painful at times. But that was becuase the script for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was effective, simple but effective. Hulk's script starts fairly simple (as simple as a blockbuster gets) ...

I remember the original Hulk series and movies on TV when I was a little girl! Where David Banner morphed into a green Lou Ferigno when he got angry. It was great! However, my Dad told me that it did not match well with the Hulk comics, because the Hulk got really big, even bigger than Ferigno! So, now that they can make the Hulk the size he is meant to be, does the film match up in all other respects?

The story is a bit slow to to get to the action and the Hulk. However, as a scientist, I was fascinated with the processes that both David and Bruce Banner went through to produce their work. I think that with the understanding of science that we have today, they decided to let us ...

Hulk is one of those strange films that has received a plethora of completely mixed reviews within the press. Hulk is nothing like either of the X Men films. It has none of the youthful energy or zest of the Spiderman movie, nor does it have the same dark, brooding feel as the Daredevil film. Hulk is an entirely different project, but as far as I could see, quite deliberately so, and any audience disappointment with this film is more likely to be caused than uninformed expectations than it is a failure to deliver promised goods. Hulk is the latest Marvel comic book character to rise off the page and on to the big screen. It follows in the footsteps of the mega successful Spiderman, X-Men and to a lesser extent Blade and Daredevil. After Spiderman it’s safe to say that Hulk is the biggest single comic book character in the Marvel universe. This as well makes the films mediocre success hard to fathom.
In all honesty I can say that half of it comes from ... ...simple but effective teaser. The Hulk itself was being kept under wraps until a Superbowl trailer earlier this year. At that point Universal really had to show the star of the film even though he was far from perfect in the CGI stakes. This meant that the trailer was met with some real negativity towards the Hulks look and movement. However you can never judge a movie from what it seen in a tiny PC window and only lasts two minutes. Sadly that’s ...

Seeing how far we have come forward with CGI it’s very disappointing. I really was expecting more and thought you know a bit of ‘reality’ might be nice. The incredible hulk was turned into a TV which was shown for the first time on November 7th 1977! It followed an idea from Marvel comics who have also brought us many other heroes’.

The Incredible Hulk is a creation of Marvel writers Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Bruce Banner's alterego has been turned into film before, starring bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno as the Hulk, but in a time where special effects were limited. So, the 2003 blockbuster film was set with high hopes.

Having followed the character through his comic books in the 80's and 90's, for me, the Hulk has always been larger than life. ...not a fan of the Hulk in any incarnation, but as the film was directed by Ang Lee, I was expecting it to change my mind. It hasn't.
That's not to say that Lee hasn't done a good job, because for the most part, Hulk is a visual treat. Unlike DD, which went for the 'dark' approach and digitally decolourised its scenes, Hulk is awash with vibrant shades and wildly clashing colour schemes, giving a comic book feel. Visually, he's pretty damn good, and strangely benefits from not looking quite real. Of course, in a year or so we'll look back and cringe, but he'll do for now. The real problem is that no ...

...As its name indicates it Hulk is the adaptation of a data base of Marvel. One is thus into full in the series with the super hero with spider man, x-men, daredevil... The plot made little sense to me, for example why the hulks father could replicate his surroundings chameleon style, and why was it that the Hulk could jump so high and so far? But then I never really paid that much attention to the original TV series.
