I missed this the first time it was shown on the Sci-Fi channel and after hearing rave reviews about it i made sure a caught it second time around on BBC2 (I set SKY+ to record it all for me!!) What a wonderful series this was - i enjoyed every minute of it. Heroes hit our screens in a shot of fast action and special effects, telling about a group of normal people who have developed special powers its like a modern day marvel comic in real life.With a very scary villan and most o the normal people hating them this colletion of great charecters battle there way through to prevent the city being blown up. I heard about Heroes quite a while ago from a friend in the states. After waiting a while and watching a few trailers on the show I couldn't wait for it to come on the television. So as soon as it came onto the Sci-Fi channel I began to watch it. I loved it right from that start. The fact that there are so many different characters all wanting something. before is start i just want to say this series is great, there is a great cast and a really cool storyline! once you see it once you'll be hooked for definite! it is about a bunch of ordinary people that gain some extraordinary abilities,these range from invisibility to reading peoples minds...when you hear that you think 'oh another sci-fi' and expect it to unrealistic and unreal but this is not the case at all! it is so good because you can imagine ...
