When I first saw the adverts for this film I was impressed by the all star cast. I'm secretly a huge chick flick fan and love the majority of rom-coms featuring Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore and the like. So naturally I couldn't wait to see it and was bitterly disappointed everytime I went to the cinema and discovered it was sold out. That gave me the impression that my instincts were right and it would be a fantastic film... How wrong I was!!! ...
...found very annoying and for the majority of the film cringe worthy. The character was, in my opinion, needy and desperate and downright insulting to any woman with an ounce of dignity. She spent the majority of the film acting like a stalker and crying/whinging because the object(s) of her affections were not interested in her. Can you blame them for not wanting to know a woman like that?! She somehow befriends a guy who gives her the "inside information" ...

Well maybe i had no expectation of the movie or perhaps had a very easily entertained crowd with me that day, but i thought the movie was entertaining enough to sustain my attention. Perhaps it being a chick-flick, i didnt get too critical with the contexts. It is heavily star studded, i was amazed to see so many of them popping up at every scene change. The dialogs were funny enough and even though it may sound really cheesy and obvious to guys ...
...some very insightful and straight forward views for us women about the male psychy. Might be a useful watch for some. Ok, i went to see this with my friend after being recommended it by multiple people. Can i just state, i have never been so insulted, it was a total insult to women. It was so so cringe worthy. They basically made every woman look like some desperate headcase. They basically covered like two dilemmas people go through with dating and then tried to expand on it. it was so so boring.
