It was really my first introduction into horror films, and, at the time, it scared me to death. This movie is the greatest mind-thrilling thriller ever created!!!! Having been produced in 1978, the graphics are excellent in the way that they are very very convincing and tension building. The actor that plays the 'mental masked man' was absolutely superb in the way that he portrayed this part. I started watching this film about two weeks ago and i just cant stop watching it, the plot is very good and the special effects are outstanding even for there era. the characters are played very well and are very realistic. this is the original horror film and i have yet to ever find a better film the sequals are also very good but i highly recommend this film for anybody who likes horror movies but are bored with most of the newer films that are ...
