...the third film in the halloween series. Lets deal with that first. Well it has absoloutely no connection at all too halloween 1 or 2 both being identical almost, but both being scare classics of the genre. next point, its directed by John Carpenter, who is famous for classic horror films like the thing, but you wouldn't tell to look at it. It may well have suffered on conversion to dvd but the film is grainy and looks like something from the 70's ... Read review

Halloween 3, hated by many loved by, erm… one or two, and that one or two just so happens to be me, well when I say love, I don’t "love" it, I think of it more like a pet. Advantages: Having the word 'Halloween' in it's title
Disadvantages: Bad acting, bad plot, poor continuity......

...I particuarly have enjoyed the Halloween films... Well, I rented this out thinking it was going to be great.... And, it wasn't. There is NO mention whatsoever of the guy who started the Halloween movies (Michael Myers), it is badly acted and has a terrible plot. At one point, a bunch of pumpkins start singing!!! If you are a 'fan' of Michael Myers and just haven't gotten around to seeing this one yet, don't. It is a prime example of poor continuity ... Read review

Halloween 3 is one of the weirdest things ever produced. It is from the Halloween series however it has none of the stars or the characters from it. I mean what was the point in calling it Halloween, if you ask anyone about a movie called Halloween they imediately think of Micheal Myers. The simple reason for this is, (as with most other sequels) money. The producers knew that the name alone would draw interest from the large teenage movie goers market. ... Read review

This Halloween has nothing whatsoever to do with the other Halloweens . . .yepp thats right! No Michael Myers! No Dr Loomis! No Laurie Strode! Just a whole new film, and a whole lotta different characters. This film is all about a manager of a Halloween Mask Factory. He has implanted microchips with pieces of Stonehenge in in the masks. Sound silly? It is! Basically, on Halloween the music of a commercial will play and the chips will be activated ... Read review

Disadvantages: Awful storyline, quite boring, a big letdown for Halloween fans.

Like Halloween 2 this is a film that suffers from being connected to the great Halloween. However unlike Halloween 2 this film is completely deserving of its' bad reception. The main problem with this movie is the title - for all Michael Myers fans this film was a massive letdown - why had Mr Myers been replaced with "that old guy from Robocop", Stonehenge and some other confusing bits. First of all, note I love bad movies. Especially bad horror films. I rented this tape recently as was really horrified by this film. Not that doesn't mean it was good. The acting was bad, plot was stupid and pointless. And it has the most annoying commercial EVER!!! I felt like blowing up the tape after watching it, but didn't want to have to pay to replace this monstrosity. THERE WAS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT IT!!! Well seeing the annoying brat get killed ...
