...american comedy of the 90s, Friends truly stands the test of time. I think the greatest compliment I can pay the series is that I have no favourite episode. It changes constantly! Perhaps series 2 is the best season however. The characters had been introduced fully and the Ross and Rachel storyline was at its height. Yet the idea was new enough to be fresh. I also liked it before Monica and Chandler got together as I thought they had a better relationship ... ...the exception of Ross and Rachel of course as Ross' intentions were clear from episode one).
This box set, which contains every episode ever made would make a perfect gift for any Friends fan. Much easier than purchasing individual dvds which contain only 3 episodes each. Highly recommended. ...

Cant get enough of them. It has been five years since this program ended and I watch it every day, and it still makes me laugh, even for the fifth time. I do not know what the secret is, probably fantastic actors. my favourite must be Ross and Monica. ...cold winter nights. i love friends and so do so many other poeple but the thing i hate is only getting to watch the ones that are put on tv. this will hapen no longer when you buy this box set so buy it now and enjoy those laughs with your friend all over again.
reaosns for buying dvds:
they are easy understand and you do not have to read but if you are not very good at hearing you can put on the subtitles and then you do have to read but the subtitles ...

Friends follows a long line of outstanding American sit coms. One of the most endearing features is the fact that over the series the characters grow and develop, all taking an equal share of the laughs,angst, trials and tribulations. For someone growing up at the same time of life as the characters this is a must - but the show stands the test of time very well and offers something to all ages.

Advantages: Hilarious. Disadvantages: People quite young might not understand some of the jokes.
In my opinion, this is the best TV series out there, it is known all over the world as it is found hilarious by people of most ages and i believe this will continue for years as it is a very successful US TV series. Friends is the greatest sit-com of all time.]
Everything about it is hilarious.
The characters are great and each suit the programme incredibly.
