Advantages: Entertaining enough if somewhat no-brainer horror fare... Disadvantages: Not as fresh as the first movie, slightly iffy script...
...is still probably not the final 'Final Destination'.
The extras on the DVD make this an even more worthy purchase as when you've watched the film a few times, you have more than enough extras to wade through. Suitably - death by extras, perhaps? An idea for 'Final Destination 4' there I should think!
If you like the first two 'Final Destination' films, chances are you should enjoy this one. Just don't expect Shakespeare or Oscars! This is an ...

Advantages: Fun, Great death sequences, Some good extras Disadvantages: Can only watch once or twice before getting bored...
Final Destination 1 was released in 2000 recieving brilliant reviews for it's inventiveness and originality. It was about a boy who gets on a plane, has a premonition that it crashes and get's off taking a few students with him. Surprise, surprise, the plane crashes and what follows is a suspensful, clever movie about death returning to take the lives, in the order they would have died on the plane, of each person who got off and ''cheated death''. ...

Advantages: Great CGI and lots of gore Disadvantages: Repetitive, no story, bad acting, not scary
The Final Destination franchise has become synonymous with horror, suspense, and above all, gore. If you're a teenager and you want to spend an hour and a half being jumped out of your seat or covering your eyes in squeamishness as another attractive youngster is disembowelled, then you've come to the right place. And I admit it: I fit into that category. The original film was innovative in that it replaced the character of a killer with death itself, ...

Advantages: Good Shocks, Well Paced Disadvantages: Format getting tired
Six years ago Final Destination hit the screen after a spate of horror movies had revived and diminished the genre. But this was something new; it wasn't really a horror film although being billed as one. Instead it was a thriller with horror elements and amazingly it worked incredibly well. The thing about Final Destination was that its set pieces were brilliantly orchestrated. They would set the audience up for a fall yet not pull out the sucker ...

...again we embark on another Final Destintion adventure, this time cleverly called Final Destination 3!!
I did actually quite enjoy this film but I watched it a friends house as he had a copy and I don't think I would run out and buy it as I probably wouldn't ever watch it again.
The actual idea of all the Final Destination films, in that it replaces the character of a killer/monster with death itself, i do find quite inovative and most of the ...

Final Destination 3 (Film Review Only).
--------------------------------------------------------------
Well the time finally came for me to view final destination 3 on DVD last night and see what all the fuss is about. Yes, I know it is yet another one in the series of Final Destination films and very probably one to far, but you know me I cannot resist but find out for myself. For anyone who has not yet seen the series of Final Destination ...

Advantages: A fun, fear filled ride Disadvantages: predictable and no advance in the franchise at all
Final Destination 3 is an unexpected continuation of the franchise first brought to us by Wong and Morgan (of X-Files fame) back in 1997.
The original was a hip, wise cracking blast. A mixture of horror and thriller blended perfectly to make a hugely entertaining film that kept you rooted to the edge of your seat biting your nails.
The sequel, which appeared a few years later, eschewed the horror side for vicarious thrills only a scary thriller ...

Deaths design
I really enjoyed final destination 1 & 2 so was really looking forward to watch another grand death design.
I found 1 was very good and 2 gave more of an insight into how the grand design actually works. So knowing this I thought 3 would be even better.
As much as I enjoyed watching it, I can't actually say it was better than the other 2.
This film really needs to watched after you have seen the first 2 because then you can really ...

Advantages: Funny Disadvantages: More of the same thing
The Final Destination gravy train rolls on with the third installment. Once again we get the group of teenagers who cheat death by way of one of their member's premonition, this time it takes place on a roller coaster ride at a funfair.
The main character Wendy who has the premonition, has taken pictures of the rest of the survivors as they enjoy themselves at the funfair before the fateful ride.
As in the previous films, once she has the premonition ...

Advantages: Funny in some parts, good lead actress and good directing. Disadvantages: Too much like the rest.
I thought Final Destination 3 was an average, fun movie, but nothing more. Basically it's the same premise as the other two films but is set at an amusement park where a high school student (played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead) has a premonition of a rollercoaster accident involving herself and her friends. Most of them do get off the roller coaster and survive, but it's not long until death catches up with them (again).
I loved the other movies ...

...of you who have seen Final Destinations one and two, the plot is basically the same as those:
A group of teenagers are enjoying a night out at a theme park, having all sorts of fun on various different rides. One of the girls is taking photographs to put in the school year book (very American).
Reluctantly she agrees to go on the rollercoaster. All hell breaks loose as the rollercoaster goes out of control and all of the passengers are killed ...

Advantages: Great action sequence at the start Disadvantages: Repetitive and offers nothing new from the first two films
I purchased the Final Destination 3 DVD in the hope that it would be good if not better then its predecessors. Sadly I was to be disappointed. Final Destination 3 is not a terrible film, it's got good action sequences and a lot of gore, but offers nothing new or different from the first two films. The plot is the same as in the first two films: a young girl forsees her schoolmates dying, in this case on a rollercoaster, and refuses to get on the ride, ...

Another great additon to the Final Destination series.
-The Plot-
If you've ever watched a Final Destination, you'll know what to expect.
Basically Final Destination is about exploring people's fears. (FD 1- Airplane crash, FD 2- Car Crash FD 3- Rollercoaster Crash)
The main character will have a 'vision' where they see what's going to happen next and basicallly in that 'vision' people die so the main character will avoid their fate by doing ...
