Advantages: Great fun, i haven't got bored yet!
Disadvantages: Some of the comments get a bit irritating, i think i know them off by heart after a few uses!

I'm not normally one for exercise, i never have been, but this year i made a resolution to get fit. Not being into sport much, and not being keen on the gym i decided to go for something i could do at home. The workout is really good, i felt like i was really working, the moves were easy to follow and not too fast, and it made me feel really good about myself afterwards. ...dont think thats really important. Elle and her personal trainer guide you through each of the moves and they aren't irritating at all. I would definately recommend this workout and I'm going to continue with it and cant wait to see the results!! ... Read review

Advantages: Very Easy to do and gets you fit in no time. this is also very enjoyable and very varied.
Disadvantages: There is no disadvantages apart from it being very real in surroundings.

...you want the body like elle mcpherson this is a good oppotunity to get one. This dvd was also good value for money and you can get it on video as well. I have done this dvd in the pasty and it worked for me but i am actually doing it again as i am getting married and need some wait shiffting. so if it is good for me it is good for you. ...
