Advantages: One minute hilarious, the next heartbreaking

...If you have not seen Edward Scissorhands, then you are missing the best example of his work. Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder are perfect in their roles, and help drive the emotion that runs through the movie. The visuals are Burton at his best - dark, imaginative, and twisted. I feel the movie combines Burton's typical style with the black humour of films like Pleasantville and Truman Show. This is the sort of movie that you would be best to buy on DVD, ... Read review
