Advantages: Excellent fights/stunts, hillarious comedy and all-round entertaining Disadvantages: Hard to find any
10 years before exploding into Hollywood with the action-comedy blockbuster "Rush Hour", Jackie Chan teamed up with his opera school 'brothers' Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao for the last time (previously in Asian blockbusters "Project A", "Wheels On Meals", "My Lucky Stars" and "Twinkle, Twinkle Lucky Stars").
In this Sammo Hung directed comedy, Jackie Lung (Chan) is a money-grabbing lawyer who is hired to defend wealthy businessman/drug baron Mr. Hua ... ...filed by fish reservoir owner Miss Yeh (Deannie Yip), but grows affection for her cousin and chief witness Ling (Pauline Yeung). In order to win in court, Jackie enlists the help of old friends Fei-Hung (Sammo Hung) an odd arms dealer of some sort, and Tung Te-Piu (Yuen Biao)- a neurotic, over-conscienced burgular. When Fei-Hung moves next door to Miss Yeh and has Tung arrested for burgulary charges, Jackie's plans fall apart as he begins to think ...

Advantages: jackie, biao and samo in the same movie!!!! Disadvantages: their last film together
Plot:
The plot is very well thought to allow jackie, yuen biao and samo to play very different characters. It gave jackie a new role, I know he as a person doesn't like playing womanizer type roles in films. In this he starts off in that way but develops. Its a simple plot but again the different characters make it work nicely,
Fight scenes:
Wow when you get the three brothers together you are almost certain of some amazing fight scenes and this ... ...which the three brothers were in the same fight scene. The stunt work was brillant, some I had to rewind to watch again just to see how the hell it was possible.
Performances:
For me the greatest performance has to be yuen biao, again he plays a character no one wants. The reason why I like biaos performance in this one is because samo and jackie play serious characters and the film needed to have something a little different to make it interesting. ...

Advantages: Stunt work, trio action, slapstick comedy Disadvantages: Storyline slightly poor I guess, not the usual standards.
An early work from the Chan Hung and Biao Trio, the storyline here is a drug lord one, Jackie Chan is one of the city's finest Lawyers, and Sammo once again is the famous and brilliant chubby thief, and Yuan Biao is Jackies spying ninja friend, who all get involved with the owner of a fish farm who is sueing the neighbouring cloths factory for polluting the waters which is killing her precious fish, the Lawyer falls for the owners cousin and therefore ... ...in love with the owner risks his life to discover the terrible truth of the factory, while Yuan biao discovers Sammo's disappearence and saves him with Jackie.
Brilliant action from the trio, with an outstanding fight scene with jackie and some white karate boxer guy who was in I think meals on wheels. and some more stunt work from the three.
DVD Features: Original cantonese audio, along with the option of english dub, with english and a few european ...

Advantages: An example of Hong Kong cinema at its best, with awsome fight scenes. Disadvantages: The Final film featuring Hong Kongs favourite sons, Jackie Chan, Samo Hung & Yuen Biao.
...lord and his factory.
With Fight choreography tha puts most action films to shame, Dragons Forever is possibly the best film the trio made together and rightly deserves to be noted in cinematic history.
If you like action films and martial arts, this film will blow you away ...
