This movie is one I watched as a kid. I have to say I loved the movie, the story is very sweet and has an excellent flow to it. It seems to ease from one part of the story to the other seamlessly. For those who are not familiar with Indian culture, the outfits, the songs and the marriage ceremonies and functions will be fascinating. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, is still considered one of the best movie's of its time. I have seen it 5 times and i wont mind seeing it again, its a down to earth story revovling around two punjabi familes one modern and the other a little back ward. When the question of marriage arises it has to be arrange because daddy deary has fixed it with his best freinds son. What about love ? simran cant get married to anyone if she dosent love him and yes ...
