I find Container difficult to describe. There is no apparent plot, no real structure or sense of direction to the film. It is experimental in its approach. Shot in black and white, visually of a grainy, low quality. The film begins with a large man, dressed in women's clothing with his back against the wall with a female voiceover. And that's about the gist of it. Although, gist is too definitive a word!
Container predominantly shows ... ...movie... you will rave about Container to everyone..." as I became sleepy. It didn't happen and I can safely say it's not a film I would rave about! Whatever experience the film was supposed to give, I didn't get it. It is so abstract, I found it difficult to comprehend anything about it. I haven't watched many 'arty' films before.
