Advantages: not very expensive,get alot for your money and get your life back again. Disadvantages: none for me.
This dvd is an intoduction to the linden method which is a brilliant method for conquering panic attacks and anxiety. Its very informative with lots of chapters narrated by Charles Linden himself. He talks about how diet and smoking can affect anxiety as well as many other things to do with anxiety. I enjoyed watching the dvd and it answered alot of my questions about my own anxiety difficulties as well as giving me the confidence to see that I can ... ...for me.
I have suffered with panic attacks and agoraphobia for as long as I can remember, up until about a year ago I didn't know about the Linden Method.I came across it and just thought that it was a scam or something at first,so I decided to get some more information about it and after reading some of the testimonials on the website I became convinced and decided to buy the method and give it ago.
I am glad that I did buy it because it has helped ...

As a long time sufferer of GAD, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression I think I can call myself experienced, I bought this DVD as part of a set along with the other 5
Big things are promised from the Linden Method which unfortunatly it doesn't deliver, As I said I have suffered for about 9 years, It may well work if you are new to anxiety but no good for long time sufferers, All the information contained within the Linden method can be found ... ...a manual and 5 CD's, the relaxation CD is good and does relax you but again I'm sure you could find similar for free on the net.
All in all the Linden Method is no where near detailed enough and it misses one vital point in the recovery of anxiety and that is positive thinking, which really is the way out of anxiety disorder. ...
