I first saw A Clockwork Orange on a pirate video of surprisingly good quality a few years ago, but still decided that it was worth a viewing at the cinema when released, I have to say that it really is a masterpiece! In order to force Alex to fit into the norms of society he is brainwashed in a most repulsive fashion which cripples his everyday activities when released from prison. In today's society surveillance camera's are everywhere, prisoners are released with electronic tags on their ankles or wrists, etc ...
