Advantages: Matt Dillon. In a vest. Disadvantages: It's a bit dull really.
City of Ghosts is one of those films that makes you sigh and shake your head slightly as you press the stop button. You wanted to like the film and you wanted to be full of praise, but having persevered for the full running time, there just isn’t enough substance to merit a positive review.

City of Ghosts marks Matt Dillon’s debut as both a director and a writer. Coupled with the fact that he also takes the lead in the film (how DOES an actor direct himself?), City of Ghosts quickly becomes something of a tall order. It is therefore no surprise that the film isn’t entirely successful, but this isn’t going to be a complete slating because this movie is not in itself completely unattractive.

Advantages: good acting Disadvantages: nothing to keep you interested
i watched this film over a period of two nights, because after the first night i was ready to turn it off.
but i cant just watch half a film even if i hate it i still have to wath it all.
the beging of this film was a very slow start and i didn't realy under stand what was going on. when i did start to catch on and just get into watching it, the whole thrill just stoped. i dont feel there was real line to this film not one to keep you interested ...
