This was such an amaizing musical. The actors were great, the story was great and it was entertaining all through the movie.
Of course I cannot say what the musical is all about, but believe you me, you will not regret watching this film. One thing I can say is that the effects are great and the use of prose in the movie make it even more interesting to follow. this is a brilliant, fun exciting musical, I loved it, It has so much in one film, Violence, Corruption, greed money & fame. Renee Zellweger is excellent, one of her best roles so far. Cathrine Zita Jones has done her self proud. I never rated her before but this was outstanding. The music is great, what a sound track, worth watching just to have a sing a long. I love the characters and there roles. Reneé Zellweger, playing the main character Roxie. ... ...would turn out, but she was outstanding

Walking into the cinema, I expected some fun musical numbers and an extra storyline. Well, I came out not quite satisfied. The songs and dances were great, but in my opinion, I do not think that this film deserved "Best Film" at the Oscars. Its storyline is excellent but not quite developed in the movie. ...Hart (Renee Zellweger) is a Chicago housewife who dreams of being a star of the stage. Velma Kelly (Catherine Zeta-Jones) is the town's hot chorus act who dreams of increasing her fame. This film is a must have it is very enjoyable for any age group with the brilliant script and all the singing and dancing you will watch this film more than once. The songs in this are very catchy hope that you enjoy this film as much as I did.

When I went to see this I was expecting it to pale in comparison to the west end musical I had seen not long before. But much to my suprise I was proven very wrong. What a great musical, in this day and age virtually unheard of. A great story line and fantastic acting. The only thing I felt looked wrong was C. Zeta-Jone dressed in bad costumes next to very slim broadway dancers having just had a baby! But she pulled it off and the show is great. ...
