I was not like, alive when the TV show of Charlies Angels was showing. But I went to see this anyway. I have to say, it is the BEST film I've seen this year!! I want to see it again, AND buy it on video when it comes out! It's got incredible action, and it's hilarious!!!! It stars Cameron Diaz as Natalie, Drew Barrymore as Dylan and Lucy Lui as Alex. Yeah, so it is a bit cheesy, but you were expecting that before you went weren't you. Cameron Diaz is her normal self, as is Drew Barrymore, who I thought were both pretty good. I sort of agree with you, but not totally on your opinion of Charles Angels. I bought charlies angels becuase it looked really good in the adverts, i now realise that the adverts get the best bits of a film, and the advert for this film was probably the only best bits. I do think that it was two long hours of boredem, but it was worth it to see those actors in their tight outfits. There is also a huge number of extra features including deleted/extended ...

I wasn't sure whether this was going to be good when I went to see it. It was very entertaining and very well done. I really enjoyed drew barrymore and cameron diaz's performances but I didn't really like lucy liu's perfomance. She didn't seem as funny as the other two. ...all want to be a Charlie's Angel, beautiful, intelligent, successful... and this is probably why we enjoy it so much. The acting is believable, the stunts not quite so believable, and the conclusion, even less so. But if you don't take it quite so seriously, this is the best film I've seen in a long time. This is supposed to be a cross between action and comedy but I see neither of these - only bad acting but the cast are very nice and kept my attention the entire way through.....Cameron Diaz crawling along the beach naked..... Contrary to what the other opinions say, I thought that the fight scenes in this movie were very alike those of the Matrix with good use of Bullet Time Technology. It's true overall the film is a bit of a downer after the highly acclaimed original did so well but you gotta admit, Cameron Diaz is HOT and any film with her in it will pull in the crowds. Advice: if you prefer a film with a serious storyline, meaningful dialogue and believable characters then avoid this film like the plague! However, if you can suspend your disbelief for a short while than this movie is silly fun, although the more cynical amongst you will be forever picking holes in the plot.
