I guess this film is primarily aimed at children with its cute "cats versus dogs" theme but in reality the story line is probably too complicated and not that interesting anyway. Cats & Dogs always manages to make me laugh even now, I first saw this film when I was about 10 & I absolutely loved it & I recently watched it with my mates 11 year sister & it still made me laugh, especially Mr Tinkles, he's definitely my favourite character.
