...not a big fan of Carmen Electra. She has a fantastic figure but I did find her a little irritating in the DVD but, thankfully, she didn't speak that much! Instead, the personal trainer Michael Carson lead the routines and he was fantastic. It really feels like he is speaking to YOU and he explains everything he is asking you to do and what benefit it will have on your body. I would recommend the DVD for this reason alone. ...i did not know who Carmen was, i just wanted a dvd that was quite fun so i thought a dance one would be good.Going on to amazon i was surprised how many there was and i ended up picking this one because my friend had mentioned that Carmen had been in the Pussycat dolls , they may be slutty but they can really dance and they look like they have fun.
