The DVD version I have of this has no extras but its one of those films that is just worth buying and watching although a special edition would be nice.

Quick review of Carlito's Way (Enhanced Edition) (DVD)
My favourite film of all time! this one has it all. Pacino delivers an amazing performnce in this De Palma gangster film. Pacino plays a heroine king pin in the New Your hispanic world of organised crime who is trying to get out. Sean Penn in support gives a great performance as the sheister lawer. The acting, dialogue, plot and beautiful soundtrack make this film almost perfect. I would say better than Scarface. ...

"Carlito's Way" is a tasteful combination of a great story told by a master filmmaker; astounding actors skillfully playing some truly fascinating characters; a wide range of flawless film techniques and some truly great one-liners. I would recommend this film to Scarface fans, Gangster movie fans and anyone with a taste for outstanding performances. After several of his associates and even some 'wannabe' ...
