Boat Trip is a fairly reasonable comedy. I was expecting something a bit like American Pie, but I find this was more like a sort of grown up carry on film. It starts with Jerry a sort of nice guy romantic (played by Cuba Gooding Jnr). He decides to propose to his long-term girlfriend in a hot air balloon. An odd decision as he suffers from motion sick. It ends in disaster, as he is sick over her. She declines and reveals she is having an affair ... Read review

...come back from watchin the boat trip dvd and had to tell you all about it. It is not a film i'd choose to watch normally but pleased i did. Without giving too much away ill try to give a quick run through of the plot. Jerry is dumped by his girlfriend so in an attempt to make his friend feel better best mate Nick books them on a singles cruise. Problem is they end up on a gay cruise and are not too happy about it. Disadvantages: Laughing too hard?!

I first saw this film about 3 months ago and have since seen it a further 3 times. It's the kind of film that is on Sky at least once a fortnight! I am not the biggest film fan in the world and normally I like horror but this film is soooooooooo funny! The storyline is bascially two guys go on a cruise that turns out to be a gay cruise, one likes the women leading the cabaret but of course she thinks he is gay and he doesn't tell her otherwise. ...Nick (Horatio Sanz) book a boat trip to try to score with lots of women, to help Jerry's depression after a split from a relationship. However Nick pisses off the travel agent, and they end up stranded in the ocean with hundreds of randy gay men!
