Advantages: Well written story by Michael Connelly Disadvantages: The film is disapointing as they have changed the story slightly. The investigation isn't as intense as the book described it.
I know that you can't get as much information into a 90 minute film as you can in a 400 page book, however this film disapointed me.
Lets move away from the book because the film is quite a good watch.
Clint Eastwood stars as Terry McCaleb, an ex police investigator.
After leaving the force in need of a heart transplant, McCaleb finds himself on the case of a shooting in a corner shop. With the help of his trusted friend Noone he investigates ... ...linked. The film sways into the usual police investigation movie, far-fetched clues begin to appear as to why the murder had taken place.
At this point I am actually realising that I have forgotten the main body of the plot. Most of the details I am thinking of are actually from the book.
