...politically incorrect, I absolutely adore Blazing Saddles. For me it is a prime example of what Mel Brooks does best, and that is to make you laugh, laugh some more and then laugh till it hurts. Although some people may be offended by the use of the N word and the stereotyping of African Americans, if you look deeper you will notice that Brooks balances this out with the stereotyping of the white towns folk. I've seen this film so many times its unbelieveable and i still love it just as much as the first time i ever saw it!
