Im am a big fan of any type of comedy as long as it makes me laugh. Well Big Daddy did the job for me alright. But it was just not full of laughter. It was sad as well as funny. The movie is about a little boy whose mother passed away and he was sent to live with dad who was flying abroad the on same day and had no idea he had a son at all. Big Daddy is a funny movie for adults and children. This is my sons favorite movie. It stars the funny Adam Sandler as a thity two year old low life, and an adorable set of twins playing the part of Julian. This movie is about a man named Sonney Koufax who has spent his whole life being every thing but responsible. But when his girl friend dumps him for an older man, he begins desperatly looking for a way to prove to her that he is ready to grow ... ...Julian to impress her. Adam Sandler plays a young man called Sonny. He tries to impress his girlfriend by adopting a little boy. Throughout the play you enjoy a wonderfully entertaining film with lots of laughs. You also feel the emotions when there are sad scenes and you really feel sorry for the little boy and Sonny. There is never a dull moment and although you feel a vary of emotions through the film you come out happy and glad that you watched it.

Big Daddy is my favorite movie with Adam Sandler. It shows once again how funny Adam Sandler but it also shows a softer side of him as he takes care of a little boy left at his door step. I rented this movie because I heard it was good and funny and I was ready for a good laugh. This movie will of course make you laugh and it may even make you cry. I can not say anymore because you need to see it. Anyone who likes Adam Sandler or just wants to laugh ...

My sister's a big Adam Sandler freak and so we rented THE WATERBOY and BIG DADDY one weekend and watched them both. I have to say I really liked this movie. It was smart, funny, and heart-warming. It actually took a very mature attitude to the situation of irresponsible parenting. And I never thought I'd live to see the day when a famous Hollywood actor would say he supported gay marriages. That was VERY mature of him and I was pleasently surprised. ...

Advantages: the comedy in this film is realy funny as the boy is peeing up the wall Disadvantages: there is not one bit of horror in this film but i supose its a kiddys film
i think this film is good because it has comedy in it and it has not to much but just a little romance and i like it at the begining when they wasted the good suprize on sonny i like that part and the woman that went off in the mood reminds my of my older sister vicky also the little boy that calls him self frankin stine reminds me off my two little brothers they never want to bath lol i enjoyed this film as so did my mom dad my three brothers and ... ...think the sad part about this film is when sonny has to get rid of the kid i cried when i first watched it hope you all enjoy reading review

i thought this film was sooooo funny i was in stitchs for a lot of it but weepy in others, i mean come on what sort of a girl cant forget about the weepy bits when Adam Sandler is in it???
he is absolutly brilliant and plays a excellant roll. the film is really moving and very life like, films like that always seem to touch a soft spot. i think this film is for any age well over 15.
even my boyfriend and his mates laughed at this film so hey it ...

adam sandler has buckets of talent as a comedian, shame he should waste his time with sloshy trash like this, ok its got a few laughs but the story is weak and adam is the only redeeming feature, how many orphaned kids have you found on your doorstep? With the added acting talent of Steve Buscemi playing a hippy style hobo, also Rob Schneider playing a delivery guy who just keeps popping up to Sandlers appartment making some of the funniest scenes in the film.
