This is the third out of four fitness videos Beverley has released. I already owned the first two, Real Results and Rapid Results when I bought this one, and I enjoyed them both. The first two were hour-long workouts, this one however is slightly different, as it is split into three separate 20 minute workouts. I think this is much better as for a lot of people, finding a full hour to ... ...of you will probably know Beverley better as Liz MacDonald (or now Liz Tomlin, since she married Vernon) in Coronation Street. Beverley is also, however a qualified fitness instructor and still teaches classes at the same time as appearing in Corrie.

Advantages: Easy and fun routine Disadvantages: Beverley Callard gets annoying
...will remember me writing about Beverley Callard in her Real Results DVD, well since I have got back into my fitness I wanted a DVD workout that would not be an hour long. For me Beverley Callard was an obvious choice because I know her workouts give the results but is also easy to pick up the routine and this Ultimate Results DVD has three 20-minute workouts.
Workout One

The warm-up is first and you are stood up during this.
The first ... ...select. However on Workout One Beverley Callard talks at the beginning which you cannot skip but can fast forward, it is only a couple of minutes long.
My Opinion

I have been using this DVD for about a month and I must admit the woman is now getting on my nerves but the routine is good and with it being only 20 minutes per workout it is quick to do.

Advantages: User Friendly. Disadvantages: It makes you sweat (in a good way).
I like so many people made a new years resolution to do more excersise and at the same time there was a lot of programes on TV about the best diets and also the best excersise DVDs/Videos and to my suprise Beverly Callards was either the winner or the she came second. I'm a BIG BIG woman my diet is actually quite good and I run a house chase after 2 kids and have my own little business but I'm still the size of a small barn, what was missing was ... ...some hard earned cash and buy her DVD. I'll be honest it sat on top of the window sil for 2 weeks before I could finally dredge up enough enthusiasm and energy to actual try it out and I wish I had started sooner. This DVD is broken down to 3, 20 minute workouts. You start out with a 8 minute warm up then 12 minutes of excersise. A lot of it is well known and used excersises but thats because they are effective and just cannot be improved. After ...

The presenter is Beverley Callard, and she's not as annoying as I thought she would be, and is certainly better that some other's I have seen. She is actually a qualified instructor, so you can be assured that she's not just another celebrity jumping on the bandwagon using someone else's hard work.
Some (i.e. me), may find some of the outfits amusing too. Some might say "retro".
She does leap straight into the routines, so it may be best ... ...workout to be less effective (but it can be fun when you catch yourself laughing because you're doing the wrong move!).
Most of the moves focus on 'chiselling' and toning up your wobbly bits, but I find that if you use weights, and give it your all, you do get a very good workout, and will build up a sweat in no time. However, I would recommend that you do some extra cardio work as well, such as running / jogging.
