Advantages: Clear instructions, upbeat happy attitude
Disadvantages: Slightly dated now!

This is one out of Beverley Callard's four fitness dvd's and although I find her really annoying in Coronation Street I can't fault her dvd!! I have 3 out of the four and find this one of my favourites. It looks quite dated now (don't think you would catch anyone in the gym wearing the outfits nowadays!!) but it still does the job!
