...worst superhero. All the rpevious batman films I have seen and to be frank, they are terrible. I expected the same fate from this film but alas I was completely wrong, it is absolutely amazing. This is the greatest batman movie ever!!!! and a total recreation of the franchise. Christian Bale has done a briliant job of playin both the batman and bruce wayne characters. Long after the DVD came out, I bought it at a lower price online. Watching the film, it really gave me a great insight into the world of Batman. He is the only superhero who doesn't have other worldly powers and this film explained all. It was dark and haunting, did offer a few scares. I've always like Batman and most of the films release, however this is the best one for me. It's dark and kind of portrays Batman as a bit of a baddie / anti hero. The plot follows the original story of how Bruce Wayne becaome Batman, including how his parents were murdered by a homeless man rather than the Joker. The plot is a lot dark than the previous films (with the possible exception of the first film with Michael Keaton) Another great thing ...
...appeal. On the whole Batman Begins is a very good film and Christian Bale is made for the part and Christopher Nolan does a great directing job. The only downside is that at times the story does drag a little and Katie Holmes (whilst believable) isn't great in it I recommend seeing this especially if you like the first film.
