An excellent series of films which is suitable for all ages. For once its fair to say that the films themselves do live up to all the hype. A great cast directed by a great team and surprisingly working on quite a restricted budget (not that you would notice with some of the groundbreaking special effects they were able to utilise). All 3 films work well as stand alone projects but its when you watch them all consecutivly that the genius of it ...
...great way to get your grubby little fingers on these films, alll beautifully packaged and with some interesting extras. They also offer good value for money as with most box sets by buying the entire series in one fell swoop you are affording yourself hassle and gaining yourself a bit of a bargain at the same time. overall this series of films is top viewing and if you havent seen them already do not hesitate, just buy them, borow them steal them ...
