I have tried many NRT to give up smoking and nothing has worked so i thought what the heck i will give it a go. I know people that the book has worked on, infact my dad is in the process of reaing it and giving up at the moment. UNfortunately for me the dvd did not work, i watched it 3 times and am still smoking. I felt that it was repetative and boring.
