Disadvantages: Terrible plot, effects and direction. Mind numbingly dumb.

Coming out when the Resident Evil game craze was at a dip it didn’t set the box office alight but predictably did well on rental providing us with a sequel and one with a bigger budget. ...Resident Evil 2 is a continuation of the first movie. Here, new characters are introduced and more zombies rule the earth!!!!!!! Weeks after the incident at the underground laboratory, scientists thought it was safe to reopen the 'Hive' but when the team of agents and scientists attempted to open it, high levels of the virus was detected and they were welcomed by zombies! After a while, the infection reached above ground and civilians became the victims. In this movie, the characters are stuck in the city full of zombies and there is no way out. The bridges are closed and the city is in complete lockdown. In a matter of minutes, the whole place will be bombed along with the undead.
