Soccer AM 2 the DVD
Review of Soccer AM 2 DVD by  mjgfish

Advantages: Good laughs and great goals
Disadvantages: Only 58 minutes long

...Soccer AM is a Saturday morning show on Sky sports one every Saturday and it helps cover the English football leagues from the week before and what games are going to be played for the following week. It also has other features like about 3 different guests will come onto the show e.g. one could be an injured footballer, one could be a celebrity and another could be a few band members for a music group. Not only do they have guests and football highlights they also have 8 fans in from a certain football team and some of the crew members have their own part of the show like Tube's question. No this is a big hit on TV soothe first DVD, Soccer AM 1, was quite good so this DVD had good expectations. In Soccer AM 2 it is different to the normal show as they like to focus on a certain idea that do just another show but on a DVD so... Read review

The best film I have seen and an above average DVD
Review of The Matrix DVD by  ickle_devil

Advantages: the film, some geat extras
Disadvantages: i wanted more

...” 37 – Final connections 38 – End credits Well you didn’t think I was going to list all of them did you?! Each scene selection comes with a little picture in a spherical type of space, quite groovy looking actually. Those familiar with the scene will see from the above that the selections are self explanatory, if not by their name (in the DVD case) then by their picture. As I said there is a scene index in the front of the DVD case, will when you open it, it is the first thing, and so this should aid your decision making, for those of us that don’t want to watch everything or have stopped half way through. Always useful don’t you think? Languages… You can only have the soundtrack in English, but as with most DVDs there is the option of subtitles, in this case... Read review

The First and Last Steps DVD!
Review of Steps - Gold - Greatest Hits DVD by  gingelou

Advantages: A great oppertunity to learn all the dances!
Disadvantages: Some boring songs.

...Ok, I have already reviewed a Steps Album, so after looking through my DVD collection I found my Steps ‘Gold’ DVD. Now if you have read my Steps ‘Step One’ album review then you will know that when Steps were still together I was a true die-hard Steps fan! I was totally crazy on them! Yes… I know… SAD!!! Steps Gold was the first DVD released by Steps and also the last! It was released not long before they split up and is a collection of the music videos to all the songs released by them. The proper title of the DVD is actually Steps Gold – Greatest Hits. I suppose the Greatest Hits bit should have given it away that they were due to split up as many bands/groups seem to do after releasing a Greatest Hits album. (They released an album around the same time as the DVD with the same title!) Anyway, on with the review! *** What’s... Read review
