I found this DVD to be a great help when I wanted to lose abit of extra weight and tone up.
Although I'm quite good at sticking to an exercise routine, this made doing exercise much more fun, and because I love dancing it was perfect for me.
I think this is good even for people who want to slowly build up a routine as even the warm up gives you quite a good exercise, but I think it might be a little fast paced when watching it for the first time.
Some of the moves can make you feel quite sexy which is great as a confidence booster, which most of the time is the reason why people lose weight besides wanting to get abit healthier.
The only problem with this DVD is that the people on there don't wear very much and are quite young and wear a lot of make up to make themselves look better, and because they already have their slim toned figures, it can be quite dis-heartening when your at the first stages of trying to lose weight.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Sorry for the low rating, but you need to include more info. You'll probably find you get higher ratings if you concentrate on writing one really good review per day or whatever, rather than writing several in one day.

Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. Don’t worry about the low rating most people get low ratings at first, its’ just a case of getting to know what to include. It helps if you write every Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. If I can be of any help or if you decide to add to or edit your review please feel free to put a message in my gb, I’ll be happy to re-read and re-rate. I've also left a message in your gb Rich
