A recent addition to my exercise DVD collection and not money definately well spent. It featues Deanne Berry from the "Call on Me" video. She makes a good presenter. You can tell she is working hard as she finds it difficult to speak as the workout goes on. The DVD is split into 4 x 15 min workouts. "Aeroburn" which is a very high intensity aerobics workout, "BPM" which is dance aerobics, "Beatbox" which is combat style aerobics and "Below the Belt" which is a toning (legs, bums, tums) session. Deanne gives good instructions throughout and previews moves to give you lots of warning about what is coming next. There are 4 others doing the workout with her. One does a high intensity version and one does a low intensity one so you get a good choice of what type of workout you want to do, depending on your fitness/energy levels. The warm up and cool down are about 7 mins each, so doing whole workout takes 1hr 15mins. You can also choose to do just one section at a time. There is also an option to select your workout. The warm up and cool down are selected as default and then you decide how many of the 4 workouts you want to do. This allows you to do the whole workout in one go without stopping to grab the remote control to skip a section. The music is great as its Ministry of Sound tracks and they are all recent hits. I think the weakess section is "BPM", this maybe because I have 2 left feet, but I think its more to do with the workout being very low intensity. The "Beatbox" workout is good if you like combat style workouts although it is not as high intensity as the Body Combat routine I do at my gym. The "Aeroburn" is knackering, even doing the low intensity version. You really feel like you have had a work out at the end of those 15mins. And the toning workout gives your legs, bum and tum and good going over doing squats, lunges, planks, press ups and sit ups. This is the first of the Ministry of Sound Pump It Up series that I had bought - if the other DVDs are as good I would definately consider buying them
