...technically a stop-gap between 'Meteora' and the forthcoming 3rd studio album due early next year, Live In Texas is a fantastic double disc set recorded live in Texas (if that wasn't clear from the title). I am a huge Linkin Park fan, but do understand that they are not the fairest to there fans when it comes to material that they release. 'Re-animation' for example - a remix album of 'Hybrid Theory' brought out to fill the void prior to the release of 'Meteora'. This is an example of their record label (Warner Bros) exploiting their fans because they know that the fans will stay loyal to the band regardless. But to bring out re-animation as a stop-gap and now to do exactly the same thing with 'Live In Texas' is quite frankly, taking the p**s. Disadvantages: None, Unless You Don't Like Blues Or Rock Music Or Eric Clapton Or Live Music.

...for this one is a 9/10. §~§~§~§~§~§~§~§ There, you have approximately 89 minutes of a superbly performed concert. The DVD is region coded for 2/3/4/5/6, so will play on all regions EXCEPT region 1 players. The picture format is in 4.3 PAL fullscreen. The sound quality in any one of the available settings, is impeccable as far as I can hear. That says a lot for some concerts or live performances don't come across so well. This one exceeds I think. §~§~§~§~§~§~§~§ The Title ~~~~~~ Just a quick explanation for my title of this opinion. You can't teach an old dog new tricks, so they say. With Eric Clapton, you don't need to. Give him a Park filled with people, he will perform better than the last time, so it appears. ...a Disney classic…and it just turned 40 years old this year, which is longer than any cat could live. I know for a fact there are a lot of people out there who remember this film, as many people---cat lovers in particular---have grown up and watched it time and time again over the years, even if it has been only seen on television.
