This is an extremely good DVD which helped me out so much when I was in the intermediate catagory. The amount of footage included is great, if you expect it just to be purely how to's then your in for a treat because from each rider who gives their how to section you also get a video part that follows it. As you may or not know, BMX is split into disciplines: street, park, trails, flatland and vert. The video extensively covers them all (except vert - advanced) with beginner and intermediate tricks. And each discipline is covered by one of the top pros in it: street = Nate Nessel, park = Alistar Whitton & Ron Kimler, trails = Chris Doyle and flatland = Chad Degroot. You can't go wrong with these guys teaching you as they cover each trick thoroughly, clearly and competently. Some examples of the tricks seen are: manual, wallride, basic grinds, bunnyhop, air, barspin, turndown, x-up, no-footer, 180, 360, hang 5, rollback, decade and many more. What has to be the icing on the cake is that they throw in a ramp how to from Nate Wessel who alongside being a pro is also a renowned ramp builder in the industry for big comps like x-games, backyard jam etc. Overall the video is extremely enjoyable and useful for anyone who wants to learn more tricks or start learning them. There is not one bad thing to say about it.
